At Vivavo Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Items must be in resellable condition
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Obtain Your Return Shipping Label

Defective Product:
If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a free return shipping label. Simply download and print it.
Customer Remorse:
If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item and place a new order once the return is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
